About me

I have a wealth of experience in helping people to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. As a clinical psychologist I value the therapeutic relationship and think that it is vital to find a therapist you 'click' with. My personable, warm and empathetic nature has helped many people to overcome the difficulties holding them back in life. It can be daunting to embark on a therapy journey with someone - I am mindful of this and will help you to feel relaxed and comfortable when using therapy for your personal development

I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples and a range of emotional and mental health concerns using evidenced based approaches. I was a senior clinical psychologist for the NHS and so have experience working with a wide range of personal difficulties including; anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual and gender worries.
