A Radiologist practises individualised breast imaging based on mammographic breast density that is complemented with ultrasound and / or contrast-enhanced mammograms and MRIs. Real-time tissue biopsy is performed alongside sharing all imaging reports. Tissue biopsy results can take up to 5 days to report.

30-minute consultations discuss individual breast cancer risks, family history and lifestyle risk factors such as HRT. Recommendations for testing inheritable gene panels, and potential preventative population risk genes occur by referrals to leading geneticists.
