About me

Advanced Breast Cancer Care Through Science and Compassion

Professor Zoe Winters is one of London's most respected and experienced Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Cancer Surgeon and Breast Specialist, with more than 35 years of clinical expertise dedicated to breast health. She is internationally recognised for combining cutting-edge scientific advances with compassionate, personalised care to achieve the very best outcomes for her patients.

Professor Winters specialises in the early detection, diagnosis, treatment and long-term management of breast cancer and all breast conditions. She leads comprehensive One-Stop Breast Clinics at London Breast Health, providing rapid access to expert assessment, advanced breast imaging, and, where appropriate, same-day biopsies to ensure patients receive an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan without unnecessary delays.
Her practice is centred on delivering truly personalised breast care. Using the latest evidence-based approaches, Professor Winters offers risk-adapted breast screening, personalised breast cancer risk assessment, genetic testing, and tailored surveillance programmes designed to meet each individual's needs. She also has particular expertise in breast cancer risk reduction, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), young-onset breast cancer, and the impact of lifestyle factors on breast health.

Patients consistently value Professor Winters' holistic, compassionate approach and the time she takes to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly and sensitively. Every patient receives an individualised care plan, with a commitment to the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience. When surgery is required, Professor Winters works closely with a carefully selected network of highly regarded Consultant Breast Surgeons to ensure seamless, multidisciplinary care.

Professor Winters' dedication to exceptional patient care has been recognised nationally. She has received the iWantGreatCare Certificate of Excellence every year from 2019 to 2025, was named Breast Cancer Surgeon of the Year from 2021 to 2024, and received the Doctify Outstanding Patient Experience Award in 2025.
Together with her dedicated multidisciplinary team at London Breast Health, Professor Winters is committed to delivering world-class, evidence-based breast care in a supportive and reassuring environment, helping every patient achieve the best possible clinical outcomes and quality of life.
