About me

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and accredited member of the counsellor's professional body, the BACP. I also hold a diploma in trauma therapy.

I have experience of working with both adults and adolescents (age 11-17) with a variety of life challenges and emotional difficulties including anxiety, stress, depression, loss/bereavement, relationship issues and trauma.

My approach to counselling varies according to your need, because we all act, think and feel in our own individual ways.

I will offer you a confidential place where we can explore your feelings. I will draw on my theoretical training to work with you, but it will be a collaborative process as we work together building a therapeutic relationship towards tackling challenging issues that you may be facing.
