About me

I currently have availability during working hours Monday and Fridays.

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with adults and adolescence with psychological distress. I am the co-founder of The Norwich Psychology Project and I am also employed by the NHS as a Principal Clinical Psychologist.

I am trained to use a range of therapies to both help identify what is causing you difficulties and come up with a range of interventions that are specifically suited to you and the way you think and do things. The approaches I draw upon include cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, behavioural, 'new wave' therapies (e.g. mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused) or more specific trauma focused therapies such as EMDR. The essence of this is that you get an integrated approach, that best suits you.

If you would like any more information about me or my approach please feel free to contact me by email or phone.
