About me

Ms Neelima Dixit is a consultant gynaecologist & obstetrician specialising in Infertility, reproductive health and surgery and general gynaecology.
Ms Dixit is passionate about providing tailored treatments to meet the unique and specific needs of patients offering high quality care and a satisfying patient experience.
She trained in busy units in North London and completed a dedicated fellowship in fertility and reproductive surgery from Kings College Hospital. She worked as a Consultant at King's College, London before taking up the appointment at Western Sussex NHS Trust.
She is the lead Consultant in Early Pregnancy at St. Richard’s Hospital, Chichester and runs a specialist one stop recurrent miscarriage clinic alongside general gynaecology and Early pregnancy scanning clinics.

Her area of expertise in general gynaecology include management of heavy periods, fibroids, management of polycystic ovaries, menopause care, pelvic pain, painful intercourse and early pregnancy management.
She is experienced in all aspects of reproductive medicine /infertility, including recurrent implantation failure after IVF treatment, egg freezing, same sex couples, reproductive endocrinology, recurrent miscarriage and those with premature ovarian insufficiency.
She has extensive experience in Gynaecological Ultrasound, including 3D scan, saline infusion sonography, HyCoSy and Early Pregnancy scans; having accredited both by the RCOG and British Fertility Society for Gynaecological and Early Pregnancy scans. She has published in various international journals and written book chapters.
She is a member of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), British Fertility Society (BFS), International Society for Reproductive surgery, The association of Early pregnancy units and International society for Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
