About me
Dr Vanessa Moulton is a highly experienced and personal Chartered Counselling Psychologist, working across private, charity and public settings. She has extensive experience in one‐to‐one therapy, coaching, psychological consulting and organisation performance delivery. Her approach is that one size does not fit all which therefore means she uses different evidence-based approaches and techniques dependent on the individual’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Mind Focused Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Dr Moulton works with teenagers and adults struggling with a number of different issues including loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, stress, identity issues, compulsive behaviour, confidence and self-esteem, long-term illness, anger and performance issues.
Due to her training and vast experience with trauma, Dr Moulton specialises in diagnosing and working with trauma and resulting Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including single, multiple, childhood and adulthood traumatic experiences.
