About me

I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, trained in the relational approach and utilising different therapeutic ideas and approaches to best suit the needs of each client.

For example; this may include aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, Transactional Analysis, Psycho-education, coaching or mindfulness and understanding of trauma informed practices.

I can help clients to recognise patterns in how they relate to themselves, others and the world around them and how this is based on primary relationships with our caregivers.

I have special interest in working with neurodiversity and with young people. I am calm, creative, relaxed and spontaneous. I enjoy making use of therapeutic writing, art, and sensory / play items as appropriate to age, development and interests. I believe that working together collaboratively, the therapeutic relationship offers clients a different relational experience, new insights and opportunities which can bring about deep healing and understanding.
