About me

I am a Chartered member of the BPS and registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. I have many years experience of working within the NHS and private sector across a wide range of settings. I work as an integrative practitioner and tailor any treatment to a clients personal values, beliefs and goals. I have a particular interest in CBT and ACT.

I am compassionate and non-judgemental in my approach. I aim to create a therapeutic environment where people feel safe to explore and understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
