About me

I am an accredited member of the BACP with extensive experience working in short term Psychodynamic Therapies including Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy(DIT). DIT is a NHS England recommended treatment for generalised anxiety disorders and depression.

I work from a collaborative approach with my clients to help gain personal insight that can help with understanding themselves and their problems in a way they had not previously been aware of.
