About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years’ experience working in various roles within the NHS. I enjoy working with both individuals and families, providing a supportive space to navigate and overcome a wide range of psychological difficulties.

I mainly use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) including third wave approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) in my clinical work. I also have experience using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) for difficulties such as OCD and emetophobia (fear of being sick).

Within the NHS I have worked with diverse problems across all age ranges from children to older adults. In my private practice, however, I mostly work with children and young people and specialise in adolescents / young adults.

My NHS experience includes working in a number of different services including a mainstream Child and Adolescent Service (CAMHS) and a specialist Adolescent Service as well as a Neurodevelopmental Service, where I supported families and children with diagnoses of Autism. and ADHD.

I work with young people who are struggling with difficulties such as low mood, anxiety (including OCD/phobias) and self harm.

I can offer face to face appointments from my clinic in central Bromley or online. I am currently only offering appointments on a Saturday.
