He is also the lead for the regional Male infertility service.
He has now trained and mentored surgeons across the world in Andrological techniques.
Vaibhav undertook his undergraduate degree in Southampton, and went on to complete his surgical training in Manchester and Birmingham. He went on to undertake an international fellowship in Western Australia (Perth) at one of the largest tertiary teaching hospitals in the country, where he was nominated for trainee of the year. He has also completed specialist training in erectile dysfunction surgery in one of the USA's highest volume penile surgery centres.
Vaibhav provides a high volume tertiary referral service for complex andrological conditions such as Erectile dysfunction (including penile prosthesis surgery), Peyronie's disease, ejaculatory problems, and infertility.
Vaibhav has a keen interest in championing Mens Health research and has published and presented his work internationally. He was a member of the European Association of Urologists (EAU) Male Reproductive and Sexual Health guideline group and the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM) young researchers and clinicians committee.
