I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor with over 10 years experience. �The individual psychotherapy I offer is for adults and adolescents in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential therapy room. The sessions can be open-ended or for an agreed time period, with the aim of helping you to gain greater understanding of your difficulties and free up choices for you to move towards positive change.
