About me

Meadow Physio & Pilates is a musculoskeletal clinic established in 2017, situated in the countryside of Markyate, Near St. Alban's and Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Sarah Claridge has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained working in the NHS for over 16 years and private hospital and clinic sectors since 2007.

Sarah has a wealth of experience working with clients both pre and post operatively, clients with rheumatological conditions and a wide variety of conditions from the sedentary, the recreationally active to the competitive and elite athletic population across all age groups. She has a particular interest in equestrian performance and rehabilitation of the rider post injuries.

Appointments can be booked online or via telephone, email can be flexible to meet your needs, including evenings and weekends.
