About me
Hello, I'm Lisa, a Humanistic Counsellor and an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
I offer a confidential, warm and supportive environment, so that you may feel comfortable enough to explore what has brought you to counselling.
Together we work with what is informing your emotions and responses so that awareness, understanding and change may happen. Conflict within ourselves or in relationship with others can leave us with a lack of clarity, feeling confused and sometimes anxious. Loss can leave us overwhelmed. Working with our past and present experiences can enable us to live our life in an authentic and fulfilling way, one which is right for us.
