About me

I work using the person centred model offering you the space and time to discuss and explore in detail issues that are affecting you. Through closely tracking what I am hearing and understanding this deepens your own understanding of the situation offering clarity and a greater confidence to make differing choices should you choose to do so.

I have accrued over 25 years of counselling and support work while working and studying at the University of South Florida and with clients with issues around complex trauma in Perth, Western Australia.
I have a range of experiences working for NHS for 15 years and I am currently co-managing the fertility counselling service at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Glasgow Royal Fertility Services.
I am an accredited counsellor with British Association of Counsellng and Psychotherapy (BACP) and British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA)

Areas of interest

I specialise in fertility issues including working with infertility, infertility treatment, gynaecology oncology, miscarriage, donor conception, fertility preservation; I have worked in the field of complex trauma for over 25 years; sexuality; and work as an employee assisted programme with work related issues; anxiety; stress; depression.
I am trained in EMDR and Emotion Focussed Therapy
I work with clients of all genders, sexualities who are over 16years.
