Hito Holistic Health is a specialist physiotherapy clinic based at London Bridge, SE1. Our clinical team has particular expertise in conditions that are frequently undertreated or misdiagnosed in standard physiotherapy settings: vestibular disorders and dizziness, TMJ dysfunction and jaw pain, chronic headaches and migraines, and complex musculoskeletal and sports injury conditions.

We take a thorough, root-cause approach to assessment and treatment � identifying the underlying drivers of a patient's condition rather than managing symptoms in isolation. Our physiotherapists use evidence-based manual therapy, exercise prescription, virtual reality, and structured rehabilitation to achieve outcomes that are sustained beyond the treatment room.

The clinic is led clinically by Alessio Barone BSc (Hons) MCSP MSc, one of the UK's leading specialist physiotherapists in vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, chronic pain and headaches/migraines, who oversees clinical methodology and complex case management across the team.

We welcome BUPA referrals for vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, headaches and migraines, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Our patients achieved an 91% full recovery rate across MSK and vestibular presentations within the approved sessions. Alessio Barone is a specialist chartered physiotherapist and Clinical Director of Hito Holistic Health, with extensive experience in complex, chronic conditions that have not responded to conventional treatment.
His clinical focus spans vestibular disorders and dizziness (including chronic vertigo and BPPV), TMJ dysfunction and jaw pain, chronic migraines and headaches, and persistent musculoskeletal conditions.

Alessio has worked with thousands of patients across these conditions, and his approach is built on identifying root causes rather than managing symptoms � integrating advanced manual therapy with nervous system regulation and evidence-based rehabilitation. In his role as Clinical Director, Alessio oversees clinical standards, treatment protocols, and complex case supervision across the team. BUPA-referred patients are treated directly by Hito's specialist clinical physiotherapy team and Alessio is available for self-funded appointments for patients requiring his personal specialist input.

Alessio is certified in Advanced Myofascial Induction Therapy (MIT) � a specialist manual technique with particular effectiveness in TMJ dysfunction and complex postural presentations � and holds certifications in Advanced Acupuncture, the Mulligan Concept, TMJ rehabilitation, CBT for Physiotherapy, and Vertigo School, among others.

Qualifications: BSc Physiotherapy, Sport Science and Physical Education; MSc Sport Science. HCPC registered; CSP member.
