About me

I offer in person sessions and remote Counselling & Psychotherapy sessions.

I'm currently based in 2 different locations in Doncaster.

I am an experienced therapist.
My past personal and professional experiences of working with Mind and various other family focused
charities with adults, parents, children and young people, create a
solid grounding,
understanding and therapeutic insight when working with others.

I adapt to different age groups and individual need, offering warmth, patience and deep empathy for what you are experiencing. I work sensitively and at your pace to create safety and trust.

Therapy can create movement when stuck, cycling and feeling fearful, all these take from our enjoyment of relationships and life.

Therapy provides a space to process losses, relationships, self worth, confidence and much more.

Therapy can help you to make sense of what's affecting you now, work through any past, or current distress.

If you have experienced trauma and have PTSD, I also offer trauma informed therapy using EMDR (eye movement desensitisation reprocessing).

It's a specialised trauma therapy that is structured. It helps you to process without having to keep talking through details of distressing experiences.

EMDR also is effective for anxiety and addictions.
