About us
Horizon Physiotherapy are a team of Specialist Physiotherapists based in Buckinghamshire. We offer bespoke assessment and management for people with movement difficulties resulting from a Neurological Condition, Vestibular problems, Falls, Orthopaedic problems, Sports injury or loss of mobility and independence following an illness or hospital stay.
Karen Blagojevic is the Clinical Director and Principal Physiotherapist for Neurological, Complex Rehabilitation and Older People.
Karen was the Clinical Lead for Inpatient Neurorehabilitation across Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust for 5 years until 2018 and was also Clinical Lead for Buckinghamshire Stroke Early Supported Discharge Service (ESD). She was previously Therapy Manager at the Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital, home of the International Spinal Injuries Centre.
She is joined at our Marlow Clinic by Sarah Appleby, the Clinical Lead Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
