I uphold the belief that all experiences and feelings are unique to every individual and that each one of us has the potential to develop, change and grow. My intention is to explore any issues my clients wish to present, along with their hopes for the future. I offer support, in areas ranging from anxiety, trauma, depression, work & career issues, relationship concerns, job/economic worries, life changes, grief, stress, gambling, alcohol and drug dependency concerns, and support for carers and their own personal growth. I really do love working with my clients. I am a:

In my own practice, my clients' wellbeing lies at the core. My goal is truly to hear, understand and support clients in their own particular journey towards change.
