About me

I am a compassionate and experienced Counselling Psychologist with over 18 years' experience working therapeutically with adults, using non-pathologising, trauma-informed models. Trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to level 2, as well as Schema Therapy and DBT, I use a combination of these powerful therapies to facilitate deep healing, integration and greater well-being.

I specialise in helping people struggling with the painful impact of early trauma, abuse or neglect and those who feel their problems have been a repetitive pattern throughout their lives. I am also passionate about helping people recover from the damaging effects of patriarchal systems, be that family, schooling or wider cultural systems. IFS is also a highly effective lens through which to explore a wide range of life experiences and challenges.

I am warm, compassionate and aim to create a safe, respectful and supportive environment for you to bring all parts of yourself. I am a LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent welcoming space.

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and have been in clinical practice since 2006.
