About me

I am a BABCP fully accredited Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist (CBT) and I have lots of experience of working with people with emotional and mental health problems using CBT. Im passionate about equipping people to deal with all that life can throw at us.

I have a varied background and have been working for the health service and other public sector organisations since 2002. I now work both privately and for the NHS providing CBT treatment for a range of common mental health problems.

I work 1-1, with groups and with couples - face to face, by telephone or online therapy.

I primarily use CBT but also utilise ACT and mindfulness based ( MBSR & MBCT ) treatments within my treatment programmes.
