I specialise in helping my clients to develop resilience, find direction, achieve goals and navigate challenges without being held back by the mental, emotional, interpersonal or workplace issues they are experiencing (or which have experienced in the past).
My approach to therapy is designed to move you towards a meaningful life, while navigating the challenges that you are experiencing that may have knocked you off track. I can help you to understand and move past any cycles of unwanted behaviours, pain and confusion you may be experiencing. Together, we can build psychological skills in resilience that will help you to use less energy fighting yourself and spend more time moving towards a happier and richer life.
