About me

I have worked in the mental health in both specialist and primary care mental health services within the NHS. I have developed my skills in CBT from 2008 and completed my training in 2012. I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with BABCP since 2013 and have a real passion for helping people improve their emotional wellbeing and address difficulties that prevent them from achieving their life goals.
