About me
Since 2010, I have been working as a person-centred counsellor. I am a qualified EMDR therapist and children and young people's therapist.
I use attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and evolutionary psychology to inform my practice. I deliver this as psycho-education for my clients too.
I offer a non-judgemental, collaborative space to work through whichever issues are important for you to work on.
