I qualified in 2010 and specialise in working with clients dealing with illness or loss and bereavement or suffering from anxiety or stress - either work based or personal.
I may not be able to change your circumstances but I can help you find a way to cope with them.
I offer techniques to help combat stress and anxiety as well as challenging your negative thoughts and increasing your confidence.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore what has brought you to counselling.
