About me

I am an experienced and highly professional counselling psychologist working in Tonbridge. I provide a safe, warm and confidential space where you can explore and work through the issues that are bothering you.

At different times of our lives we can all experience difficulties – or we may describe it as ‘not feeling at peace’. Counselling psychology suggest that whatever the nature of the problem that is bothering you, it is always helpful and useful to talk to someone to seek resolution.

I specialise in treating anxiety and depression and how these are fuelled by issues such as loss, grief and trauma, relationship issues and the effects of childhood events. I also have expertise in treating anger issues, jealousy, post traumatic stress disorder, addiction, bipolar and obsessive compulsive disorder. Other areas of clinical experience I have are sexual issues, work related problems, behavioural and emotional difficulties and family problems.
