About me
I have worked as a Consultant Psychotherapist and currently work within the NHS as a Principal Psychotherapist and work with clients who have mental health difficulties and have experienced complex trauma.
I provide treatment to Individuals, Couples and Families and draw on a variety of approaches depending on need.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and EMDR and am fully accredited as a Systemic Psychotherapist.
