About me

About Me
Hello, I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and an EMDR Europe accredited psychotherapist with Talking House Psychology.

I work with adults and young people (16+) who are experiencing a range of difficulties such as anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, overthinking (worry and rumination), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, low mood, depression, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), childhood and adult trauma and loss, substance misuse difficulties and work-related difficulties.

I offer face-to-face and online appointments.

In addition to working as a private practitioner, I have 25 years of experience working within NHS mental health services including primary care, community and inpatient service settings.

I am committed to providing the highest quality, effective and compassionate care to all of my clients and regularly engage in continuing professional development.

I offer a range of talking therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapy Clinical Supervisor and Trainer.

I specialise in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders and trauma.
