About me

I provide evidence based therapy to work on your therapy goals in the Bearsden and Milngavie areas of Glasgow. I am direct, compassionate, warm and down to earth. I will work in collaboration with you to help you to experience less distress, and to live a more enriched life in accordance with what matters most to you.

I do not work with clients who are experiencing or have recently experienced suicidal thoughts with intentions and or plans as I believe these difficulties are better supported by a team of professionals to offer a more robust package of support.
