You are probably struggling with an issue you have tried to resolve yourself but without success. I help individuals who are fed up repeating the same mistakes or finding themselves in the same situations.Or perhaps you just feel there is a flatness to your life and that something is missing. I offer a calm and supportive space where you can explore what is going on. I believe that, often, painful symptoms are pointing us to give attention to something in our lives that we may have neglected.
