About me

Mr Rajesh Kumar Jain is an experienced Consultant Upper Gastrointestinal, Bariatric and General Surgeon, offering advanced minimally invasive (laparoscopic) treatments for a wide range of upper digestive and abdominal conditions.

He completed his medical and postgraduate training in India before undertaking further higher surgical training in London and the North-East of England. Mr Jain went on to complete two prestigious UK fellowships:

� Bariatric Surgery Fellowship at St George's Hospital, London

� Oesophago-Gastric Cancer Surgery Fellowship at the Royal Surrey Hospital, Guildford

His extensive international and UK-based surgical training has enabled him to develop highly specialised expertise in both general and complex upper gastrointestinal surgery.

Mr Jain is passionate about surgical education and training. He is a trainer for surgical trainees on the West Midlands surgical rotation and also serves as an Honorary Surgical Lecturer at Keele University, helping to develop the next generation of surgeons.
