About us

Physica Health is a specialist Physiotherapy clinic offering expert assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal and women's health conditions.

We help patients with back and neck pain, joint injuries, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, as well as specialist care for pelvic health, pregnancy and postnatal recovery including Mummy MOT assessments.

Our team combines extensive clinical experience with backgrounds in elite sport, hospital-based care and advanced manual therapy. We take a personalised, evidence-based approach, focusing not just on reducing pain, but helping you return to full function and long-term health.

Our purpose-built clinic includes private treatment rooms and a fully equipped rehabilitation gym and Pilates studio, allowing us to deliver hands-on treatment alongside structured, exercise-led recovery.

We work closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for our patients.
