About me

I'm a chartered counselling psychologist and integrative psychotherapist registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

My approach is an integration of therapeutic approaches viewing both past and present experiences and situations as being important in influencing the ways in which we experience our lives. By considering these together we will explore ways in which you can gain a greater understanding of yourself to enable you to move on from issues that you feel might be holding you back.

Areas of interest

Having worked in both outpatient and acute inpatient mental health settings within the NHS, charitable organisations and private medical centres in London and across Kent I have experience of supporting individuals experiencing a wide variety of issues including depression, bereavement, stress, anxiety, addiction and relationship difficulties.

In addition to this I also work within specialised healthcare services supporting individuals in managing major life transitions following surgery and/or health-related difficulties.
