About me

I am an experienced Counsellor and EMDR Therapist based in Lewes and Brighton in East Sussex. I work both in-person and online. I work with a variety of clients with a wide range of issues.
The way that I work is best described as holistic and humanistic. This approach means that I see the whole person as important - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and well-being are all connected. I work relationally and experientially, being led by the client as to where they need support. I offer a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their concerns and I listen with warmth, with empathy and with no judgement.
Through a therapeutic relationship with me, clients can explore any difficulties they are experiencing and I will support them in working out how to overcome these difficulties, to find some clarity and to find a way forward.
