About me

I am a fully qualified UKCP accredited Psychotherapist with an MA in psychotherapy and counselling and over 12 years experience of working in private practice. I trained in the Existential approach to psychotherapy which concentrates on our ability to create meaningful lives in the present moment.
I have a private practice based on the Stoke Newington/ Highbury border. I offer sessions in person or via Skype or zoom. I offer a safe, confidential, non judgemental place where we can consider your feelings and values at your own pace.

Areas of interest

I work with clients from 18 years up.
I treat clients with a wide range of issues including, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, panic attacks, BPD, bipolar and PTSD. I have also worked for many years as a mentor/counsellor for various London universities with students ranging in age from 18 upwards. Much of this work has involved helping students with motivation issues, procrastination, depression and suicidal thoughts. I have also done some specialist training in ASD.
I use a range of existential psychotherapy, CBT techniques and mindfulness.
