About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and hold Accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am also the Founder and Director of SMART Psychotherapy. My office can be found in Wistow North Yorkshire, however I can also provide Remote delivery via secure-video conferencing.

I also practice Eye Movement and Desensitisation Processing (EMDR), which is an evidence-based treatment for mood and anxiety disorders including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
