About me

I am a fully qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and EMDR therapist, providing face to face and online therapy to individuals, couples and families.

For over a decade, I have been passionate about supporting people from all walks of life and whose experience of mental health have been varied. From struggling with stress, anxiety and depression to post traumatic stress and personality disorders, I have been privileged in being able to support people in the development of their awareness, resilience, confidence and an improved sense of wellbeing.
I also have experience of working with Neurodiversity such as autism and ADHD.

I work with young people, adults, couples, and groups and am committed to providing a confidential, non-judgemental and a safe space for people to share difficult feelings and experiences.

As an experienced therapist, I understand that reaching out for help and support can be, for some a scary step to take, however I have an enthusiastic and unwavering belief that no matter how big the problem may be or how difficult things may feel, there is always hope and change is always possible no matter what.
