About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years' experience supporting adults, young people and families across a wide range of mental health conditions.

My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, special educational needs, trauma, PTSD, OCD, bereavement, divorce, work stress, parenting and problems in children and adolescents.

I also specialise in Neurodiverse presentations (diagnosed or undiagnosed) such as Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in both adults and children.

I work across the lifespan, which has deepened my understanding of different conditions. I offer evidence-based, individually tailored therapy in person, online and through consultation. I feel privileged to support clients through change and improvements in their wellbeing.

I have worked in many different settings including the NHS, private practice, and educational settings supporting young people, families and adults.

I can offer both short-term and long-term therapy and am dedicated to helping clients make real progress.

My approach is warm, collaborative and evidence-based, drawing on therapies such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused and systemic practice, tailored to each person's unique needs.
