I work in an Integrative way- incorporating ideas from Attachment theory, various trauma models, CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, Brief Solution Focussed therapy and more- to support clients to find more productive ways to live their lives.
I consider that we all have resources and sometimes need a nudge to remember these or find out how to use them creatively.
