About me

After initially working as an Occupational Therapy Technician I completed a degree in Mental Health Nursing at London South Bank University ; qualifying as a Mental Health Nurse in 2006. In 2010 I went on to do a post graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Essex University.

Over the past decade I have worked for the NHS in the capacity of a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, working successfully with conditions such as depression, generalised anxiety, trauma and OCD. In 2019 I began working privately offering CBT and EMDR. I have full accreditation and registration with both the NMC and the BABCP.
