Matthew O'Grady is an accomplished physiotherapist with a wealth of experience across various domains of healthcare and sports medicine. Holding full memberships with prestigious bodies such as the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and the Health & Care Professions Council, along with an associate membership with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association, Matt's qualifications and expertise are highly recognised.

Having earned distinctions in both MSC Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales and MSC Physiotherapy from Teesside University, plus a first-class honours degree in BSc Sports Therapy, Matt demonstrates his commitment to excellence in education.

Matt's professional journey spans roles as a lead physiotherapist in various settings, from professional sports associations like England Squash, the Professional Squash Association and UK Pro League Tennis to managing his own clinic at St Georges Hill Lawn Tennis Club and the Height's Weybridge.

His responsibilities have ranged from tournament lead physiotherapist to clinical lead, demonstrating his ability to manage diverse caseloads effectively.

With additional roles in academic lecturing, personal training, and paramedic duties, Matt brings a holistic approach to his practice.
