About me
Dr Ami Sabharwal completed her medical training at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Medical School. She completed her Clinical Oncology training in London and Oxford, including a Masters from the University of London. She was appointed as a Clinical Oncology Consultant in Oxford in 2009. She specializes in the treatment of Urological cancers, specifically prostate and bladder cancer, providing radiotherapy, hormonal treatment, chemotherapy and radioisotope treatment. She has a particular interest in technical radiotherapy, stereotactic radiotherapy for the treatment of prostate cancer and cancer metastases, both on the MR linac and on CT based platforms and has a key role in the multidisciplinary team, assessing patients for these treatments. She is research active and has been the Principle Investigator for a number of radiotherapy trials including PivotalBoost.
