About me

I am a Practitioner Psychologist with over 16 years of clinical experience across a range of NHS and private settings, including children and young people's services, community mental health, hospital-based care, and corporate settings. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of psychological difficulties, and I bring a careful, collaborative approach to understanding what has brought you to this point and what might help you move forward.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting. My aim is to create a space where you feel heard, and where we can work collaboratively to make sense of your experiences, however complex or long-standing they may be. Drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches, we will agree together on the right way to work, whether that involves shorter, focused sessions or longer-term exploratory therapy.

Areas of interest

I work with adults presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress and burnout, and complex mental health difficulties. I also offer neuro-affirming assessments for adults exploring an ADHD or Autism Spectrum Condition diagnosis.
