About me
I studied Podiatry at the University of Southampton from 2005-2008 and have been working in the profession since in both the NHS and Private sectors.
I completed a Masters Degree in 2015 in Musculoskeletal Studies of the Lower Limb which culminated in a dissertation and research on running injuries and prevention for which I received a distinction.
In 2016 I also completed a Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification to help broaden my knowledge and skills.
I am passionate about all areas of Podiatry from routine care to nail surgery, however I have focused much of my training on Musculoskeletal and Sports Podiatry, as well as foot orthotic therapy, exercise therapy and injury prevention and I have had the pleasure of working with many fantastic athletes and exceptional individuals throughout my career.
