About me

I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited and Registered Integrated Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor working with adults and young people.

I qualified as a therapist in 2000 and have subsequently qualfied as a Clinical Supervisor, ILM Coach, Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner (EFT) and hold a certificate in Play Therapy.

My private practice is based in Enfield and alongisde my practice I work in two Hertfordshire schools providing talking and play therapy for the pupils and support supervision, coaching and therapy for staff. Both schools support pupils with additional needs one is a LD, ASD and SLCN school and the other a SEMH school.

I have the privilege to work with adults and young people providing both long term and short term therapy, coaching and support supervision. I am proud to deliver a professional service to all the adults and young people I work with; whether that be as a counsellor, coach, supervisor or EFT practitioner.

Areas of interest

I have recently supported clients with anxiety; OCD, bereavement; self-esteem; self-awareness; relationship breakdowns; family issues; self-harm; work related stress; bullying; and those bereaved by suicide.

I also support adults and young people who have been been diagnosed with ASD or ADHD.
