About me

Joe qualified in 2004 at the University of Chichester, beginning his career as a Sports Therapist. Early on, he combined his passion for sport with his clinical work, gaining valuable experience in professional cricket, athletics, ice hockey, and football, while also working at several award-winning clinics across Overton, Basingstoke, Tadley, and Andover as well as stint in Perth Australia.

Over time, Joe developed a deeper interest in helping people achieve sustainable change and long-term improvement through therapy. In 2011, he returned to university as a mature student to study for a Master's in Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy. Building on his strong hands-on treatment approach, Joe believes that empowering patients with a clear understanding of their pain and how they can actively support their recovery through rehabilitation is central to his treatment philosophy.

Alongside his Osteopathy and Sports Therapy qualifications, he is trained in Medical Acupuncture through the British Medical Acupuncture Society and holds a Certificate in Education. He regularly guest lectures at the University of Chichester and leads professional development events for local Osteopaths and therapists.

Outside of clinic life, Joe loves spending time with his wife Emma and daughter Isabella, enjoying all things outdoors, whether gardening or walking around the Hampshire countryside. A keen sportsman, Joe has participated in charity cycling events from Hampshire to Gibraltar and Venice, and across Italy from north to south. He continues to enjoy playing cricket and golf.

Joe brings over two decades of hands-on experience in both sports therapy and osteopathy, combining clinical skill with a genuine passion for helping people move and feel better. Specialising in the treatment of low back pain; headaches; shoulder pain; neck pain; tennis elbow; and sports injuries, Joe's aim is to guide you toward confident, long-term change.
