About us

Elizabeth is the director and lead physiotherapist of Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd with over 13 years experience of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has a Masters degree in Advanced Physiotherapy and is currently doing a part-time PhD relating to hypermobility and maternal care.

Elizabeth is experienced in all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy along with vestibular/dizziness conditions and temporo-mandibular joint disorders/jaw/facial pain. She is fully trained in medical acupuncture and a member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists). She has a Level 5 Advanced Certified Nutrition Diploma certified by the Association for Nutrition (AfN). Her background in physiotherapy and chronic pain management allows her to offer a unique and holistic approach to nutritional advice.

Elizabeth also has training in psychological therapies for persistent pain conditions. She has training in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Integrating these skills into physiotherapy management strategies allows her to provide a holistic approach to maximise long-term improvements. She is also trained in physiotherapist-led clinical Pilates (APPI), including antenatal and postnatal Pilates.

Sarah is a senior physiotherapist with over 25 years experience. During her early career, Sarah's interest in sports led her to volunteering for British Gymnastics and the London Marathon.

Sarah obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy, and is also trained to Masters level in manual therapy through the MACP (Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).

Her work within Addenbrookes NHS hospital alongside Pain Clinic clinicians led to her developing a strong interest in chronic/persistent pain conditions. She went on to train as a neurolinguistic programming (NLP) practitioner in 2022 along with undergoing extensive ongoing chronic pain management training via SIPRA UK since 2022. Sarah believes that the combination of these skills allow her to treat people with pain holistically, as well as being able to coach them towards their personal goals.

Spinal conditions, chronic pain, knee and shoulder conditions, sporting injuries and rheumatological conditions are areas Sarah specialises in. She is also trained in physiotherapy-led clinical Pilates (APPI). In addition, Sarah offers musculoskeletal physiotherapy for children aged between 10 and 18 years.
