About us
Elizabeth is the director and lead physiotherapist of Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd. She has over ten years’ experience of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has worked in both the NHS and private sector. She also has a post-graduate masters degree in Advanced Physiotherapy through the University of Hertfordshire.
Following completion of her master's degree, Elizabeth has been working part time with the University of Hertfordshire research team on a project regarding maternal physiotherapy.
Elizabeth is experienced in all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has experience in vestibular/dizziness conditions and temporo-mandibular joint disorders/jaw and facial pain.
Complex spinal conditions, headaches/migraines and disorders affecting the pelvis and hips are the areas Elizabeth specialises in. In particular she has a special interest in working with people who are suffering from chronic pain and is a member of the PPA (Physiotherapy Pain Association)..
Fully trained in medical acupuncture, Elizabeth is able to incorporate this into treatment sessions. She is a member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) and attends regular acupuncture CPD training events to continually progress her skills.
In addition, Elizabeth has a Level 5 Advanced Certified Nutrition Diploma certified by the Association for Nutrition (AfN). Her background in physiotherapy and chronic pain management allows her to offer a unique and holistic approach to nutritional advice.
Elizabeth also has training in psychological therapies for persistent pain conditions. She has training in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Integrating these skills into physiotherapy management strategies allows her to provide a holistic approach to maximise long-term improvements.
Additionally, Elizabeth is trained to teach physiotherapist-led clinical Pilates (APPI), including antenatal and postnatal Pilates.
Himanshu is an internationally trained physiotherapist at Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd.
He has over ten years experience working as a physiotherapist in both the NHS and private sector. He also has a post-graduate masters degree in physical therapy through the University of Health Sciences in Rohtak, Haryana.
Experienced in all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Himanshu has a particular interest in both trauma and elective orthopaedics, along with sports injuries and spinal problems.
In addition, Himanshu offers a range of musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy services for children aged 0 to 18 years, including delayed milestones, cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy.
Himanshu is offering part-time evening and weekend hours within Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd whilst also working as a community specialist physiotherapist within the NHS.
