About us

Elizabeth is the director and lead physiotherapist of Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd with over 15 years experience of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has a Masters degree in Advanced Physiotherapy and is currently doing a part-time PhD relating to hypermobility and maternal care.

With extensive experience in all areas of adult musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Elizabeth specializes in treating conditions such as headaches/migraines, vestibular/dizziness conditions, temporo-mandibular joint disorders/jaw and facial pain, and complex spinal and pelvic disorders.

Her passion lies in helping those with chronic pain, offering tailored physiotherapy-led pain management coaching. Elizabeth is a member of the PPA (Physiotherapy Pain Association) and also has training in the management of pain-related sleep disturbances.

Additionally, Elizabeth is trained in medical acupuncture and holds a Level 5 Advanced Certified Nutrition Diploma certified through the Association for Nutrition (AfN). She also has training in psychological therapies specifically tailored for persistent pain conditions. With experience in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Therapy (ACT), she seamlessly integrates these approaches into her physiotherapy and nutritional management strategies. This holistic approach aims to maximize long-term improvements, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support on their journey to wellness.

Elizabeth is a skilled instructor trained to teach physiotherapist-led clinical Pilates (APPI), including antenatal and postnatal Pilates.

Himanshu is an internationally trained physiotherapist at Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd, bringing over a decade of experience from both the NHS and private sectors. With a post-graduate master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Health Sciences in Rohtak, Haryana, he specializes in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly in trauma and elective orthopaedics, sports injuries, and spinal issues.

Additionally, Himanshu provides comprehensive physiotherapy services for children aged 0 to 18, addressing concerns such as muscle/joint pains or injuries, delayed milestones, cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy.

He offers part-time evening and weekend appointments at Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd, alongside his role as a community specialist physiotherapist in the NHS.

Sarah is a senior physiotherapist at Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd, bringing over 25 years of experience to her practice.

Throughout her career, she has volunteered for organizations like British Gymnastics and the London Marathon, while also gaining extensive experience in various NHS rotations, including rheumatology, orthopaedics and outpatients.

With a Post Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy from Manchester University (2003-2006) and advanced Masters-level training in manual therapy through the MACP, Sarah specializes in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Sarah developed a special interest in chronic/persistent pain conditions following her work alongside Pain Clinic clinicians from 2007 - 2008 within Addenbrookes NHS hospital. She trained as a neurolinguistic programming (NLP) practitioner in 2022. With extensive training in chronic pain management, she is now a qualified SIRPA practitioner, having successfully resolved her own long-term back pain using this innovative approach. Sarah is also a qualified HeartMath practitioner, combining her skills to provide holistic pain treatment while coaching clients towards their personal goals. With expertise in spinal conditions, chronic pain, knee / shoulder issues, sporting injuries, and rheumatological conditions, Sarah is dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health. She is also trained in physiotherapy-led clinical Pilates (APPI) and offers specialized musculoskeletal physiotherapy for children aged 10 to 18 years.
