About me

I have over 10 years’ experience of delivering CBT and counselling across a number of different sectors.
I gained my full accreditation as a CBT therapist with the BABCP in 2009 and have worked in Primary care mental health and Nottinghamshire healthcare Psychotherapy service offering longer term treatment. More recently I have been working in the private sector supporting employees to return to work as part of their occupational health service.
I have completed a Masters in Person Centred Psychotherapy and use this to compliment my practice to build a therapy plan which is suited to each client’s needs based on the best evidence base.
Due to my wide experience base I can deliver short term or more longer-term in-depth therapy, either face to face, over the phone or via video link.
As I believe that care should be built around the client’s needs.
